What a perfect day today was for crafting, a wet and cold day here in Wanganui but I had a great bunch of ladies come to the house today to craft ALL DAY.
All up we made 10 projects throughout the day, laughed a lot and learnt a lot from each other. There were plenty of chocolate bars handed out for top tips.
I thought I would put up some of the projects we made today.
This is a small pillow box and has a pair of earrings and a bracelet in it for Savannah. The rosette on the top was made using the new Simply Scored tool (everyone loved it and is getting one). It makes life so easy when it comes to scoring and I am never going to have to remember to order scoring blades again!
Next up is the standard size pillow box (I was naughty and didn't stamp mine but the ladies used the En Francais stamp on theirs) and faux suede "fluffy flowers" with a salebration brad in the middle.
Next up we made a longer version which fitted a chocolate bar in the middle. The top was decorated with the new blossom punch which fits the modern label inside it perfectly.
The centre of the flower was stamped using Peach parfait ink and the new Mixed Bunch stamp set, finished off with a few pearls. The ladies were very good I have to say and left with their chocolate inside their pillowbox intact.
I will post the other projects this week so do check back and check out what we made
Till next time
Hapy crafting
